Kelly McLeod will teach the techniques of dry felting to create a painting from wool.

Participants will begin to understand perspective and colour. Various materials such as locks, yarn and wool can be used to enhance their picture. Participants will learn Kelly’s technique to create three dimensional works.

Level: Beginner

Students are asked to bring scissors, any yarn, wool or thread that they may have at home to embellish your painting.

Member price: $65
Non-member price: $95
Kit fee to be paid directly to the Artist: $20
Paid at the beginning of the course.
Students will be provided with a wool canvas, three types of needles, wool, yarn and canvas board.

Kelly is a self-taught, life-long drawing and painting artist, in addition to being an avid third generation gardener. She paints mostly landscapes in a variety of pigment media.
