Peter Martin will help you gain a better understanding of the beauty and techniques used in the ancient Inuit art form of soapstone carving. Soapstone carvings often become a family treasure, passed down through the generations. The project for this particular program will include a basic rough cut adult Loon carved from Quebec Soapstone. Material fee TBD.
