Soapstone Carving with Peter Martin on Zoom

Peter Martin will help you gain a better understanding of the beauty and techniques used in the ancient Inuit art form of soapstone carving. Soapstone carvings often become a family treasure, passed down through the generations. The project for this particular program will include a basic rough cut Elephant carved from Brazilian Soapstone.

Registration deadline for this class is April 6, 2021. This will allow Peter to get the rough cut pieces made and out to the participants.
