10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Schedule subject to change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

* New for Fall 2020: Our base class prices have not increased, however we are adding a temporary fee of $10.00 per class series and $5.00 per workshop to begin to cover additional costs for sanitizing supplies, masks and gloves. We hope you understand our need to do this. Hopefully, by December 31st we will no longer have to ask for this assistance. Thank you for your continued support. Indoor classes will be limited to a maximum of 4 or 5 depending on the class. Outdoor classes (weather permitting) will be limited to 6 in the main tent, and 2 per auxilliary tent.

Join Peter Martin for a relaxing Saturday of carving, shaping and finishing a Soapstone figure of your choice (four options). Your creation could be a special gift for someone who appreciates nature and the longevity of stone. Soapstone carvings often become a family treasure, passed down through the generations. Figure options are the Mother Loon and Chick, Innukshuk Hockey Player “Faceoff”, Inukshuk Hockey Players “He Shoots…”, or Atlantic Puffin. (See photos above). A material cost of $25.00 is to be paid directly to the instructor. Please indicate your figure choice on your registration form.
