Ice Field

Debbie Dell

This piece made by artist Debbie Dell uses epoxy to mimic the look of ice. Epoxy is a type of resin that when dry, becomes a very hard surface with a high shine, which can look like water, glass or like in this piece, ice. This piece makes it look as though there is a thick sheet of ice mounted on the wall, which has slowly melted away into a much smaller piece.
