Tuesdays. 1:30 – 3:00 pm. 7 week session (on Zoom or in studio).

Every now and then a memory will pop into you mind – something you haven’t thought about in years! “Wow! What brought that on?” you ask.

In a memoir writing course you will find out about ‘triggers’ and how you can use them to remind yourself of all those interesting things that have happened to you or happened around you that you’d like to write down and share with children, grandchildren or friends.

In 8 easy lessons you will find yourself remembering all sorts of things you thought you’d forgotten.

Not only will you learn how to put triggers to good use, but you will be given handouts that you can take home to remind yourself about what you’ve learned and how to use these tricks time and time again.

Your book of memoirs will soon be written!
